Barnstaple Antenatal course for babies due Apr, May and June 2026
A FREE 4 week antenatal course designed for all expectant parents, either with or without a partner
FREE 4 week Antenatal Course. Including information about labour, birth, feeding and life as a new parent.
The course will run from 1030am - 12pm in the Garden Room at Family Compass, Old Town Station, Barnstaple on Saturdays:
- 24th & 31st January and 7th & 14th February 2026
We will then arrange a reunion for everyone to attend with their babies!
Who can attend?
Pregnant women/people with or without a partner/birthing partner from the second trimester (13 weeks) Ideally you will start the course before 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Who will be teaching this course?
Holly, a local mum of 2, qualified Antenatal Teacher and IBCLC (lactation and infant feeding specialist). Holly has worked with parents across North Devon and Torridge for 7 years and is passionate about informing parents to be on the most helpful and important areas around birth and early motherhood.

What do I need to bring/wear?
Comfortable clothes, Holly will provide equipment, information sheets, pens/paper and refreshments.
