Join us for a ballet-inspired conditioning class that will have you pulsing to the beat and shaking from the feet. A low weight, high rep concept that incorporates different styles of training that builds on strength, posture and balance. If you're a prima ballerina at heart or a first-time mover, this class is for you. This class is low impact and suits all levels, including pre/postnatal with modifications. Suggested equipment*: 1/1.5 kg dumbbells, thigh band *please note if you don't have these pieces of equipment, you can still take part in this class! Fly's Head of Training, Katie, leads the Barre and Low Impact team. She's Level 2 &amp; 3 qualified, a former dancer, and has over 5 years' experience in the boutique fitness industry. Katie's classes are bound to be tune-fuelled sweaty affairs!
