Overview
Free session to familiarise attendees with performing CPR and using a defibrillator (AED), provided by Nayland Community First Responders
These free sessions are delivered by our trained volunteers to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in the event of a cardiac arrest.
These are practical sessions, so please wear suitable clothing and footwear.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
