on street and private parking is free, the building is warm and comfortable, toilets and kitchen facilities. Please bring your own water bottle.

What to do in an emergency. When do I need 999 or 111. How do I know if the person is breathing and what should I do to preserve life. How to carry out CPR and use an AED/defibrillator. There are lots of opportunities to aks questions. Learning these essential skills could make a big difference!
