H﻿ave you stopped to assess your own and your team&#x27;s basic needs at work? W﻿ant to know how to embed improvement to address the gaps?T﻿he basic needs at work campaign is based on research and simple QI methodology to address basic needs. It doesn&#x27;t need to be complicated, but it does need to stick! L﻿ooking after each other and doing the small things that can make a difference can improve working conditions. It can improve staff wellbeing, make them feel looked after and reduce burnout. W﻿e can&#x27;t address everything going on in the workplace, but we can start with the things we can influence - basic needs everyone should have I﻿n this session, a demo run through of the basic needs at work change package will take place. You will then be able to download and access the change package to use in your workplace
