This course is designed for attendees to gain an understanding around various common illegal substances in relation to their effects, risks and harms.LEARNING OBJECTIVES:By the end of the course, participants will be able to<ul><li>Define what a drug is</li></ul><ul><li>Name drugs that are most commonly used, their street names, effects and routes of administration</li><li>Explore the reasons behind drug and alcohol use</li><li>Distinguish between the different types of drug use</li></ul>The session will take place on Zoom - you do not need a zoom account and the link to join the session can be found via eventbrite with your event ticket.
