A special additon to The Bell &amp; Brisket's Easter residency at the Prince Albert, Donostia Social Club will be serving up an epic Basque Inspired Easter Sunday Roast.
Three courses, three sittings, £30 *
Menu:
To start
Chicken liver parfait with pickled fig &amp; bagel chips
Hot smoked salmon, salt baked beetroot &amp; horseradish
Aubergine, sweet potato &amp; tomato stack with espadan de cabra goats cheese (v)
Roasts:
Garlic &amp; rosemary roasted leg of lamb with anchovy butter
Paprika &amp; honey roasted chicken with chestnut stuffing
Roast baby squash stuffed with harisa cous-cous (v)
All served with forest honey roasted parsnips &amp; carrots, savoy cabbage with panceta, dripping roast potatoes &amp; pan gravy (veggie alternatives avaliable)
To finish:
Chocolate, macadamia &amp; PX sherry brownie
Blue de Basque cheese, fig cake, membrillo
Seville Orange &amp; Almond cake, orange toffee.
