A special additon to The Bell & Brisket's Easter residency at the Prince Albert, Donostia Social Club will be serving up an epic Basque Inspired Easter Sunday Roast.
Three courses, three sittings, £30 *
Menu:
To start
Chicken liver parfait with pickled fig & bagel chips
Hot smoked salmon, salt baked beetroot & horseradish
Aubergine, sweet potato & tomato stack with espadan de cabra goats cheese (v)
Roasts:
Garlic & rosemary roasted leg of lamb with anchovy butter
Paprika & honey roasted chicken with chestnut stuffing
Roast baby squash stuffed with harisa cous-cous (v)
All served with forest honey roasted parsnips & carrots, savoy cabbage with panceta, dripping roast potatoes & pan gravy (veggie alternatives avaliable)
To finish:
Chocolate, macadamia & PX sherry brownie
Blue de Basque cheese, fig cake, membrillo
Seville Orange & Almond cake, orange toffee.
