We are lucky that West Wiltshire and Bath is an area of international importance for bats.

About this Event

Did you know that Bradford on Avon is within an area of international importance for bats? Whether this is news to you or something you're already passionate about, come along and celebrate our area's hidden nighttime wildlife.

Professor Fiona Mathews has researched bats around the world, including in, around and under Bradford on Avon. She will provide a fascinating insight into our local wildlife population and what we can all do to protect it.

Doors open at 7:30pm for the talk at 8pm.

Alongside the talk, there will be information stalls and a cash bar, with proceeds and donations going to Wiltshire Bat Group and Bristol Bat Rescue.
