The Men's room at redefining the alpha presents a new type of event for men.

Join 40 men for a morning of movement, connection and good conversation on the coast.

We’ll kick things off with the sea dip, then warm yourself up in the wildfire sauna, followed by a BBQ, music and plenty of good craic. Plus some guest speakers!

This isn’t a networking event.

It isn’t therapy.

It’s an opportunity to get outside, challenge yourself, meet great people and leave feeling refreshed.

Morning Schedule

9:30 AM – Arrival & coffee

9:45 AM – Sea dip

10:30 AM – Sauna & chat

12:00 PM – BBQ served

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM – Music, food, conversation and community

We’re intentionally keeping numbers small to create a relaxed atmosphere where everyone has the chance to connect.

Once all 40 tickets are gone, no additional spaces will be released.
