'Be Active' Strategy Forum - Performance Sport Framework

The 'Be Active' Strategy Forums are in place to discuss the new strategy for sport at Imperial College London and give us the opportunity to consult on key areas and have an open forum to hear your thoughts and feedback.
These sessions are aimed at members of student sports clubs.  We want your help with shaping the framework and processes of performance sport at the College, we would like your input to frame the criteria for selection for 2019/20 season onwards.
We would like to explore and discuss the following areas:
1) What do we want to achieve from our performance sports?
2) What is the value to the College? 
3) Examples from other Universities
