Be More Pirate

Hello! 
I'm going to host a very informal mutiny mentoring session on the first Thursday of August. If its useful, we'll make it monthly.
But, what is mutiny mentoring? It's a term we've started using to describe the help we all need to break some of the rules, norms or habits at work. 
The goal will be to identify what's getting in the way, and commit to some small but bold actions that we will hold each other accountable to. 
To be clear, I'm not going to do the mentoring, we're all going to mentor each other and use the power of having a a crew to bounce ideas off. 
We'll get a space in a pub (probably) somwhere in central London, get in a few drinks. This is a fairly common Friday night expereince...listening to your friends moan about work, only this time we'll figure out what to do about it.
Sam and I have been trying out mutiny mentoring with a few different organisations as a follow up to workshops so I can share some of the challenges everyone seems to face, and what's working.
