The combination of yoga’s calming & strengthening effects with the natural beauty and sounds of the sea creates a unique and enjoyable experience.My approach is to guide you through your  practice. Making the yoga inclusive &  accessible to everyone building poses from the ground up. Breaking those poses down into smaller more manageable stages to help everyone find their variation or shape for their body as it  is in that moment. Using words and guidance that can be easily understood.So if your staying in the area, live locally or a resident of the Old Success come and give it a try…
