Beat The Blues
Rest and re-energise to move from winter heaviness to clarity, warmth, and a renewed sense of possibility for the year ahead.
Post-Christmas can feel low. Light is still limited, the novelty of the new year has worn off, and many of us find ourselves itching for brighter, longer days. This stretch of winter can leave you feeling flat, unmotivated, or slightly “in the dark” inside.
Beat the Blues is a two-hour workshop designed to meet you right there.
It will help you make the most of these last few weeks of hibernation while preparing for the year ahead in a way that feels steady, thoughtful, and supportive.
You’ll reconnect to yourself, explore and honour your natural energy levels, and leave feeling more positive about both the present moment and what’s to come.
We’ll begin with breathwork and a visualisation to lift the heaviness and help you regain a sense of clarity and direction. After a short tea break, we move into slow, grounding movement and finish with deep rest to settle everything into place.
Nothing strenuous and nothing performative – simply a warm, grounding reset at a time of year when most people need it most.
