There has never been a better time, nor more of a need for Beauty Tech Live, the first Virtual Expo that will bring together in one place the latest tech innovations and solutions for the beauty industry.Tech is driving the business of beauty. Tech is transforming product creation, selling, marketing and companies’ sustainability goals, and it will be instrumental in rebooting beauty post-COVID-19 and getting the market back to growth. The goal of Beauty Tech Live is to help the industry keep up with this this fast pace of digital transformation, navigate the changes and seize the opportunities that lie ahead. Beauty Tech Live is conceived as a crucible for sharing new ideas, inspiration and experiences to move the market forward.Beauty Tech Live was created by two companies with proven expertise in beauty, media and events: BW Confidential, the leading B2B media for the international beauty industry, and Moodie International, a leading business publisher in the travel retail channel (The Moodie Davitt Report) and event organizer and founder of the Virtual Travel Retail Expo.Beauty Tech Live centers on three hubs. The Beauty Tech Live Exhibition Hub will showcase cutting-edge tech products and services for beauty in the areas of retail and online selling, products, consumer engagement, product discovery, supply chain, packaging and data management. The key zones in the Beauty Tech Live Exhibition Hub have been created to reflect the consumer journey and how s/he interacts with beauty. A tour of the Exhibition Hub will enable executives to learn about new tools and products that can help them sell, connect with consumers, improve their business and prepare their companies for tomorrow.The Beauty Tech Live Knowledge Hub will host a series of conferences, panel discussions, talks and case studies from beauty and tech thought leaders, innovators and disruptors, with the aim of providing unique insights on the trends and challenges in the market.The Beauty Tech Live Experience Hub will show beauty tech in motion with a range of live demos and workshops. This new event, which will run from 12-16 April 2021 (with a 30-day follow-up showcase), will be a must attend for executives in all sectors of the beauty industry: retailers, brands, suppliers and packagers.BW Confidential will use its highly qualified database and reach to ensure that top executives from the beauty industry visit the event.Beauty Tech Live will also be a truly global expo, with exhibitors and visitors expected from Silicon Valley and Shanghai and from Paris and New York. Its virtual format means no travel, hotel and entertainment costs and so ensures the attendance of full buying teams, which in turn means a solid return on investment for exhibitors The format is more productive than a physical event with less time spent out of the office and, importantly, is much better for the environment.Last, but not least, Beauty Tech Live adheres to the principles of Tech for Good and has social responsibility at its heart. We will work with our eco-partner, non-profit organization One Tree Planted, to plant a tree for every trade visitor, a concept we call The Trinity Forest Project.
