North Camden Zone is an initiative to make North Camden a great place to grow up for every child, by bringing together people across the community to collaborate in new, long-term and systemic way to bring about change.

North Camden Zone

Become a Change Maker is a free level 1 training course in systems thinking for Camden’s voluntary and community sector run for anyone working with children, young people and families. The aim is to support the Camden voluntary sector to have a systems understanding of change and to support grassroots action, to help make North Camden a great place to grow up.
This one day training session will enable participants to learn more about systems thinking and the Vanguard Method, which has been widely used to support system change for over 30 years. The session will give a basic grounding in systems thinking practice and provide an opportunity to explore its implications in your own work in Camden.
 Attending this Level 1 training will also mean that your organisation is eligible for Level 2 of the North Camden Zone Change Maker Learning Programme. This includes 5 days free consultancy paid for by Lankelly Chase Foundation, to support you to look at the scope for change in your own work and in the wider system.
