Feeling overwhelmed? If you are feeling overwhelmed, frazzled and jaded, join me online for a couple of hours to experience the "Becoming Unstuck" mindfulness workshop for women and discover how to navigate a path through overwhelm so that you can enjoy a healthier work - life balance.

Slow down from a gallop to a comfortable walk and stop for a moment to breathe and re-calibrate mind and body, to enjoy more balance in daily life.

Join me on Saturday the 26th of September 2025 at 2pm until 4pm on Zoom for a couple of hours and enjoy a guided mindfulness and well-being experience from the comfort of your own home to help you manage anxiety, reduce stress and transition out of overwhelm.

This workshop includes a workbook and meditation audio recording, to support the start of your mindfulness and well-being journey.

Overwhelm keeps you stuck. You function in a fog which is hard to shift and it robs you of your ability to make change and move forward.

Which online platform is the workshop run on?

Join me on Zoom. A link to join the Zoom call will be emailed to you a week before the workshop starts.

What day of the week does this online workshop take place?

I have found that the best time to run this workshop is on a Saturday afternoon. If you have children it is often easier to find support to look after your children so that you can have 2 hours completely to yourself. A bit of well deserved "me time".

Will there be learning materials to support my mindfulness journey?

Included in this mindfulness workshop are audio recordings of the mindfulness exercises we practice during the Zoom call which will support your ongoing practice. You will also receive a mindfulness workbook.

Is there any support available after the workshop so I can continue my mindfulness journey?

All participants of this workshop will receive a 30% discount on my 8-week Mindfulness Now course, which is valid for one year.

How much does the Becoming Unstuck mindfulness workshop cost?

The workshop costs £50 per person.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the start of the workshop a full refund minus a £10 administration fee will be issued. If you cancel your booking less than 7 days before the start of the course a 50% refund will be issued. Once the course has started no refunds will be made.
