The Bee Green Education Summit will give Manchester's education leaders the opportunity to learn about different issues and solutions associated with climate change in educational settings.

The summit is for head teachers, business managers and governors from all education settings across Manchester.

This Eventbrite is for the day session (9am-6pm), which is primarily aimed at headteachers and business managers. There is a separate Eventbrite for the evening session (4-8pm) which is aimed at school governors, but all three are welcome to attend any part of the day.

The summit will have various elements:

A live marketplace
A large student zone
Interactive workshops including planning next steps
Keynote speakers

A week after you have registered your interest, you will receive a follow up form about workshop choices and access/dietary requirements. This means all attendees need to complete their own registration.

Green Idea Competition

Connell Co-op College are running a competition for children, young people and schools in Manchester. Pitch a green idea to your school. Get them to act upon it. Produce a report and a poster (by Friday 10 June). The finalists will be announced at the summit.
