Raspberry Jams are community-led events to share knowledge, learn new things and meet fellow Raspberry Pi enthusiasts; there will be a mixture of show-and-tell presentations, tutorials, and a lot of tinkering with your Raspberry Pi based projects! There will be spare Raspberry Pis for you to play with if you don’t already own one, however we encourage you to bring your own.
This is our third jam at Beeston Library and jammers both old and new are welcome to come along. This event is ideal if you have a Raspberry Pi and are not sure what to do with it, or are seeking inspiration for new ideas. Or if you've made a project and are looking for an audience to share it with, then this is the perfect place for you too!  
The event is free and open to all. We have a limited number of spaces so booking tickets in advance is a must. 
Time: 12.30pm - 3.30pm

Transport:  If you are travelling to Beeston Library and using a satellite navigation system use the postcode NG9 2NJ – Commercial Avenue, not the Beeston Library postcode – the library postcode will take you to a pedestrianised road and you will be unable to gain access to Foster Avenue.
Please note there is no parking available at the library. All the car parks in Beeston are listed on the Broxtowe website here: <A HREF="https://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/for-you/roads-parking-travel/car-parks/beeston-car-parks/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">https://www.broxtowe.gov.uk/for-you/roads-parking-travel/car-parks/beeston-car-parks/</A>. 
Devonshire Avenue (free for certain Saturday hours as listed) or Middle Street (£2 all day but fairly limited spaces available) car parks are usually the best option for longer Saturday stays. 
If you're travelling by tram, then Beeston Town Centre stop is 5 mins walk from the venue. 
Very important information: This Jam is taking place in Beeston, Nottingham. We are nowhere near Beeston in Leeds. Please make sure you understand this when booking tickets and arranging your travel.  
FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Children and young people under the age of 16 are welcome at this event, however please make sure that at least 1 adult ticket is purchased for every 2 children's tickets.
