The Academy of St Mary-le-Bow performs Beethoven&#x27;s iconic Fifth Symphony alongside Haydn&#x27;s joyous Cello Concerto No 1. The musicians will perform without a conductor, directed from the violin by guest leader Alexandra Caldon from the Britten Sinfonia.The orchestra is delighted to be joined by Dutch cellist Jobine Siekman, ‘Rising Star’ artist in the Dec-2020 issue of the BBC Music Magazine, to perform Haydn&#x27;s Cello Concerto in C. ***Haydn – Cello Concerto No.1 in C major, Hob.VIIb:1Beethoven - Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67***C﻿ello: Jobine SiekmanLeader/Director: Alexandra Caldon***The event will have a bar, card payments are preferred.
