Before The Next Step

Before The Next Step

150 HolbornLondon, England
Thursday, Mar 19 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm
Overview

If you’re constantly “on,” - holding it all together, moving fast yet questioning what you actually want next - this workshop is for you.

Many high-performing women reach a point where pushing harder stops working. The calendar is full, expectations are high, but clarity feels out of reach.

Using the Life Garden framework, a simple visual way of mapping what’s thriving, what’s draining, and what needs attention in your career and life, you’ll step out of reactive mode and into something steadier: a grounded sense of what truly matters now, and what you’re ready to move toward next.

In this workshop you will:

  • Experience the power of intentional pause
  • Learn a practical, creative method to navigate change with more clarity
  • Identify the signals from your mind and body that are guiding you
  • Define 1–3 meaningful next steps rooted in self-trust rather than pressure

You'll leave with:

  • A clear visual map of your current life landscape
  • Clarity on what's draining your energy and what deserves more of it
  • A simple grounding practice to return to for moments of doubt or overwhelm
  • Greater confidence in your decision-making

This is not about doing more. It’s about giving yourself permission to pause, so you can move forward with intention instead of urgency.

You already have the seeds. This session helps you clear the space to plant them with confidence.

After serving as Chief of Staff in a global newsroom during a period of intense transformation, she saw first-hand how easily success, identity and pressure can become tangled together.

At a turning point in her own career, Laura-Mai retrained in coaching and somatic practice, where she now helps professionals and organisations create intentional space to think clearly, reconnect with their values, and build steady self-trust in the midst of fast-paced change.
