Through a combination of breathwork, meditation, journalling, and guided self-inquiry, you'll be invited to listen more closely to your nervous system's subtle signals. The practices are designed to help you settle during the workshop itself, while also equipping you with tools you can return to when life feels overwhleming.


Rather than striving for constant productivity or rapid change, this workshop offers a different starting point for the year ahead, one rooted in stillness, steadiness, and rested resilience.
