This course is perfect for women of all ages and experience levels who want to learn the art of belly dancing in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, our experienced instructor will guide you through the basics of belly dance, step by step. Our class is designed to help you feel comfortable and confident as you learn the beautiful and empowering movements of this ancient art form.

In our beginner's taster class, you'll learn essential techniques such as hip circles, shimmies, and figure eights, as well as how to isolate different parts of your body, including your hips, chest, and arms.

We'll begin with a gentle warm-up and stretching to prepare your body, and our instructor will demonstrate each movement and provide individualized feedback to help you perfect your technique. You'll also have the opportunity to dance with other women who are learning, creating a supportive community where you can feel comfortable and inspired.

Our studio is a safe space where you can learn belly dance at your own pace, free from judgment or pressure. We believe that belly dance is for everyone, and our class is designed to be accessible and welcoming to women of all ages and abilities. So come join us and discover the joy and beauty of belly dance!

Important:

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance, as class will start promptly.

Bring with you a bottle of water, a hip scarf (optional) and socks/ballet training slippers (optional).
