Program Details:

• 1 hour every week

📚What You’ll Learn:

• Graceful arm movements

• Hip technique

• Upper body isolations

• 1 simple choreography, developed over a few weeks


Includes core toning, flexibility, + strength-based methods.

With a clear breakdown of moves and guidance on how to activate the right muscles, you’ll execute each move with confidence.

Please arrive 10 mins before class and proceed to the Balcony studio on the top floor on Wednesday.
