This workshop is designed for absolute beginners (and those who have tried, but still struggle)!
Whether you’ve never kicked up before or you’re still building confidence getting upside down, this workshop will help you learn the fundamentals, improve handstand strength, and build confidence upside down, so you leave with everything you need to know to practice safely.

⭐️Safe kick-ups and wall drills

⭐️Common mistakes (and how to fix them)
