Beginners Crystal Workshop

This workshop will introduce you to the world of crystals. A great start off point or for better understanding and their care.

We are back bringing to you a Beginner Crystal Workshop. You will learn

✨information on selected crystals

✨including a meditation to finish.

💚For a extra £5 we offer ceremonial cocoa using high quality cocoa butter. For those who have never experienced cocoa it's a very heart warming, heart chakra opening experience. There are some things you need to be aware of such as

💜Heart Conditions & High Blood Pressure: Cacao increases blood flow and can mildly raise heart rate. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure, consider having a smaller dose or opting out.

💚Pregnancy & Breastfeeding: Cacao is safe in small amounts, but due to its theobromine content (a natural stimulant), it is best to consume a lower dose if pregnant or breastfeeding.

🌱Caffeine Sensitivity: Cacao contains theobromine, a stimulant similar to caffeine but gentler. If you are sensitive to stimulants let us know so we can offer a smaller amount.

🌱Fasting & Low Blood Pressure: Cacao can lower blood pressure. If you are fasting or prone to dizziness, eat something beforehand and drink water alongside your cacao.

🌱Medication Interactions: Cacao contains MAO inhibitors and can interact with certain antidepressants (particularly SSRIs) and heart medications.
