BEGINNERS' DANCE class in Hackney!

This contemporary dance class is designed for anyone who has always wanted to dance but felt intimidated by the idea of joining a dance studio, worried that everyone else has more experience. In my class, you'll be guided through a full-body warm-up set to fun, upbeat music, giving you a taste of what it feels like to dance right from the start. Unlike Zumba, this class focuses on teaching you a full dance choreography, helping you develop key skills such as movement memory and musicality. There will also be moments for you to explore your own expression with guided improvisation. By the end of the class, you'll feel energized, confident, and leave with new dance moves to show off!

• Make sure to arrive at least 5min early so we can start the class on time.
• Wear comfortable clothes, no shoes are allowed in the dance studio - we will be dancing in socks!
• Bring a bottle of water.
• Come with an open mind and an open heart, ready to dance!
