Beginner's DIY Class

Learn how to fix household problems and get to grips with DIY!

In this introduction to DIY and home maintenance hosted by @woodwomanuk, you'll build a small model of an internal wall, helping you understand how your house fits together and taking the mystery out of DIY!

You will learn:
- Different hand tools and how to use them.
- Sawing, drilling, and screwing.
- Fit plasterboard and fix a hole in the wall.
- Fit skirting and caulk.
- Hang a shelf and experiment with different plasterboard fixings.

Use the time and space to learn and practise the skills and ask all your questions!

Suitable for beginners, and all tools and materials are supplied. If you have your own battery drill, feel free to bring it so you can get to know it!
