What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Please come in a tracksuit top and long tracksuit bottoms. If you have purchased a Judogi with us then we will supply it for you, otherwise you may borrow a top from us for the first few sessions. Ensure there are no zips on your clothing as these may damage the mats we practice on (tatami).

Question 2

Is this open to women?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Judo is one of the few sports where men and women can train together although we will typically try to pair people together who are similar sizes during training.

What if I can’t make all of the sessions?

Accepted Answer

We are happy to add on extra sessions for anyone that has missed some of the content.
