‘Behaviour’ Professional Development Programme

We will cover the timeline of behavioural incidents, helping you to know what to do before, during and after behaviour happens. We will cover all of the behaviours you might see in Early Years settings. You will learn about trauma-informed practice, attachment, SEND and sensory needs, the PACE approach, co-regulation, relationship mapping and much, much more. You’ll come away with increased confidence, strategies to use, and everything you could need to become a champion of children’s personal, social, and emotional development.

Once participants have completed the CPD programme they are encouraged to become part of the PSED network to embed learning and continue reflection.
