Do you look after someone in Manchester? Our free 'Being a Carer' workshop on Tuesday 8 February at 10am is hosted by John Mainwaring of Connect Support, who is a compassionate and empathetic carer. Topics covered include: Health and wellbeing , finances and benefits, carers rights, NHS support , working carers , where to seek help and support and what to do in an emergency.The workshop is an opportunity to meet other carers and share experiences, and there is an opportunity to have follow up support if you need it.
