Being Mixed is a Glasgow-based community group born out of the realisation that many mixed race people have similar experiences and are in need of an opportunity to connect and grow as a community.The project offers regular activities for the mixed community in Glasgow, alternating between potluck dinners and creative workshops.Our purpose is to create a supportive space where mixed people can explore and celebrate their unique identities while connecting with others. Come along to this event and bring a dish to share with everyone :)This is a sober event and a safe space to unwind, meet new friends, and enjoy a meal together. Bring a dish if you can, if not no worries at all—your presence is what matters most! We'll have the food around 7 pm, if you can't find it just ask the host.Venue Accessibility: Kelvin Hall has step-free, sloped access to the venue. The venue has accessible toilets, changing places facilities, a quiet room, and a quiet seating area.
