Struggle to sleep? Poor concentration? Low motivation? Fatigued?

A good nights sleep is essential for our physical and mental wellbeing. Poor sleep has been repeatedly scientifically proven to have a negative impact on our concentration levels, motivation, social skills and immune system to name only a few.

BeingWell Therapy has developed the Sleep Workshop to help start you on the road to recovery. So whether you are regularly fatigued or have a long history of poor sleep, BeingWell Therapy can help you quickly put into place strategies for better sleep practice. Delivered by an Occupational therapist with experience in treating people with varying levels of sleep disorders; including those with PTSD, depression & anxiety, pain and other long & short term sleep problems.

This workshop is a multimodal approach to the treatment of sleep disorders ensuring a sustained improvement in sleep.

- Practical strategies to help you get a good nights sleep
