Belfast Design Workshop is a free after-work event for designers to work, learn, connect, and grow together. Starting at 5:30 PM, we’ll have talks, discussions, and hands-on work in Belfast City Centre at the stunning Clockwise Coworking space.

​We will focus on a User Research Deep Dive.

​Led by Michael Haigney, a design veteran with decades of hands-on experience. This workshop is designed to give you clarity and confidence in user research.

​If you’ve ever felt unsure about how to run research properly, where to start, how to avoid bias, or how to make it genuinely useful, this session is for you.

The goal is simple: by the end of this workshop, you’ll feel much more confident about user research.

​We’ll go deep into the full process:

• ​Writing and presenting a research plan
• ​Recruiting participants
• ​Accessibility in research
• ​Moderating sessions
• ​Avoiding bias
