Where is the event?

The event is taking place on the West Lawn of the grounds of Belfast City Hall, Belfast, BT1 5GS. The entrance will be the front right hand side gate as you are looking at Belfast City Hall.

Do  I need to arrive in the hourly slot?

Accepted Answer

Please do your best to arrive in your chosen hourly slot. This is to minimise delays as each slot can hold a certain number of guests and ensure everyone has use of the space.

Arriving at the event

Please have your tickets ready with the QR codes up. Can't find your tickets? No worries, we can search the name the tickets were booked under.

What do I need to bring to the event?

Accepted Answer

Please ensure you have your tickets ready on your  mobile phone when arriving to the event. Our team will scan your tickets upon entry. Please bear in mind the weather and bring weather appropriate supplies such as umbrellas.

When is the event?

The event is taking place on Saturday 25th October from 09:30am - 16:00pm and on Sunday 26th October from 10:00am - 16:00pm. The last slots on both days are 15:00pm - 16:00pm to ensure there's enough daylight!

Does my ticket include a Pumpkin?

Every child's ticket includes a pumpkin for your child to pick & take home with them. If you are an adult attending the event and would also like to take a Pumpkin home, please select 'Adult's Ticket'.

Why are there hourly slots this year?

Accepted Answer

We want to ensure that the event is not overcrowded and everyone can enjoy the Pumpkin Patch at their own pace. Please try to arrive within your chosen hourly slot to minimise disruption.

Where is the best place to park?

Accepted Answer

Montgomery Street NCP, Castle Court and Victoria Square Car Parks are all within a short walk.  We encourage you to attend the event via Public Transport - most of the city's bus stops are just outside the City Hall Gates!

Question 10

Is this a fully ticketed event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, please select a ticket for everyone planning to attend the event for both adults & children. Tickets are available until the event date or until sell out. Tickets will not be able to be purchased on either event days.
