What are the transportation options?

Battersea Arts Centre is a 7-minute walk from Clapham Junction station. There are direct trains from Waterloo and Victoria, and Clapham Junction is on the Overground route from East London. Please note, there is no public parking nearby BAC, most roads around the venue are residential parking only.

What does my ticket include?

Accepted Answer

Your ticket for BenchPress includes access to the whole event, including guest speakers, keynote sessions and networking opportunities. We'll also be serving drinks and snacks throughout plus food bowls and an open bar.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Accepted Answer

Only in special circumstances. Get in touch if you need a refund and let us know why, and if you'd like to transfer your ticket please bear in mind that the event is for senior leaders of £1m+ UK agencies so we are unlikely to accept a transfer outside of that audience.

Are you serving food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

We will offer refreshments and snacks on arrival, but please try to eat lunch before you get to the venue. We'll continue to offer snacks and drinks throughout the day, then early evening as the networking opens we'll be serving food bowls and also run an open bar.

Can I take photos or record videos at the event?

Of course! However, we ask that you do not take video footage of the on-stage content just in case it makes the panellists or speakers uncomfortable about speaking candidly.

How do I check in or register at the event?

When you arrive at Battersea Arts Centre, you'll be asked for your QR code or name and we'll check you in.

Is there a ticket limit?

We strongly encourage a maximum of two attendees per agency attending. This allows a variety of different agencies to attend within our limited numbers. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

What shall I bring?

Nothing specific - we'll provide some pens and notebooks on the tables. You won't need your laptop either unless you'd like to make notes on it or check anything in the breaks.

When does the event finish?

Whilst the speakers for the day officially finish around 6pm, we encourage you to stay and network into the evening. At around 8pm we'll head over to the BenchPress Live official after party, hosted by Agency Works and Synergist!

Yes! Our partners, Agency Works and Synergist, are hosting the official BenchPress Live after party at a venue nearby! Once you book your ticket to BenchPress Live, you'll get an invite drop into your inbox.
