Workshop Overview

Beyond Boundaries: A Transformational Women's Workshop (Part 2)
Location: Igloo on the River Thames at the Coppa Club

Join us for a transformative, intimate experience in a unique and cozy setting—an igloo on the River Thames at the Coppa Club. This exclusive workshop, limited to just 9 women, is designed for deep, personal growth and connection. The activities will challenge you to break through your self-imposed boundaries and step into a version of yourself that is limitless and empowered.

What to Expect:
The day will be a blend of meaningful, introspective work and supportive sisterhood, including:

  • Breaking Comfort Zones: Identifying and stepping beyond personal limits to embrace change.
  • Uncovering Limiting Beliefs: Deep, guided exercises to identify and shift beliefs that hold you back.
  • Building Resilience: Techniques for cultivating strength and overcoming setbacks.
  • Vision Creation: Crafting actionable goals and creating a clear path forward.
  • Sisterhood Circle: Vulnerable, open conversations and mutual support as we navigate our transformations.

This workshop is intimate and transformative—it involves intense inner work, and the environment will be one of vulnerability, connection, and open conversation. By the end of the day, you will have gained not only tools for transformation but also a deep sense of sisterhood and support.

Please note: This workshop is limited to only 9 women to ensure a safe, close-knit environment where everyone can fully engage in the work ahead.
