<p>Jodie Reed, Director at Isos Partnership, will be talking through headlines of her new research on early years integration for London Councils.  The report, Beyond Boundaries, explores what effective integration across early years services and systems look like and how to get there, drawing on insights from early years leaders, professionals and parents across the capital.  Jodie will talk us through some of the key problems and challenges identified by parents and professionals and 12 common enablers or &#x27;conditions of success&#x27;. These form the basis for a new self-evaluation tool for local authorities and their partners which will be launched shortly. There will be an opportunity to experiment with parts of the tool during the session, and to reflect and ask questions on the national recommendations within the report.</p>
