Drawing on insights from her inspiring new book “And Now for the Good News…”, Ruby will explore reasons we have to be optimistic about what the future holds - and how we can find hope, even during these uncertain times. Ruby will also share her thoughts on the importance of mindfulness, mental health and her ground-breaking network of Frazzled cafes, which are providing much-needed support for people in local communities and now via online meetings too."We're all in need of as much good news as we can get! She has spoken openly about her own battles with depression and is an ambassador for the Time to Change campaign.Ruby is best-selling author of Sane New World, A Mindfulness Guide for the Frazzled, How To Be Human and And Now For The Good News.
