Beyond STOP Debrief Training
Beyond STOP is a bespoke training programme designed to enhance your debrief skills, with a trauma-informed approach.
Join us for an in-person session diving deep into the STOP debrief process. The training equips participants with the language, insight, and practical strategies to confidently lead debriefs that balance performance improvement with staff wellbeing. Delivery of the face-to-face training will be led by an external company (Wellity) witha team including an NHS Clinical Psychologist, ensuring clinical credibility and psychological rigour.
