We are delighted to have Sheriff Peter McCormack coming along to speak to young lawyers about Simple Procedure. Over a year in to this new court procedure we will reflect on how it is working in practice. Sheriff McCormack will give an overview of the differences between Simple Procedure and Small Claims/Summary Cause before giving helpful hints and tips from a Sheriff's perspective. As always, the talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
