He is a member of the House of Lords and former MD of Waitrose which, under his leadership, experienced a sustained period of growth while strengthening its reputation for customer experience, values-led leadership and employee engagement. He was Deputy Chairman of both Channel 4 and John Lewis and served as the UK Government’s Minister of State for Trade and Investment, supporting businesses to expand internationally and compete in global markets. A passionate advocate for fairness and responsible capitalism, he founded the Fairness Foundation and continues to advise organisations on building high-performing cultures rooted in trust and purpose. Drawing on experience from the boardroom, business frontline and government, Lord Price will explore the power of standing out and how individuals and organisations can differentiate themselves to achieve lasting success in competitive markets.
