Beyond The Waves is a creative and supportive well-being group for people who have lost a loved one. Join us for chat, coffee and to learn new creative skills.

We meet monthly at the West End Library in Newcastle. In May we will be joined by writer Celia North. These writing workshop will enable participates to write about loss in a number of creative ways which may help to process emotions; document memories; explore future states and ride the waves of loss.

No experience required. All welcome.

Workshops are free and all materials are provided.

Delivered by facilitators with lived experience.
