Aims<ul><li>Explore the central role of relationship-based practice and reflect on relational styles and biases</li><li>Practice responding to challenging scenarios using trauma informed &amp; relational approaches</li><li>Develop key skills for responding to children and young people in real time</li><li>Create toolbox of strategies to integrate trauma informed, relational and cultural sensitivity into daily practice</li><li>Identify and apply practical trauma informed strategies across organisations</li></ul>
