Scotland CAN B - Scottish government global partnership for values-based business programmeThe unique, nationwide programme announced in May 2018 byFirst Minister, Nicola Sturgeon,encourages businesses across the country to embrace innovation and impact for good.Scotland CAN B is designed to inspire Scottish businesses to move towards a values-based way of operating. It’s a collaboration between B Lab – the body responsible for rolling out the global B Corp movement – the Scottish Government, and the partners of the Scotland CAN DO movement.Each business taking part can use a Quick Impact Assessment tool to measure its impact, with events taking place throughout 2018 to encourage networking among like-minded businesses. A dedicated team provides ongoing online support, and workshops around the country offering further information and advice.Scotland CAN B supports the shared ambition of the Scottish Business Pledge to promote a business culture based on the principles of fair work and inclusive growth.

<H3><STRONG>Developed by B Lab, and used globally by 50,000+ businesses, the B Impact Assessment is the most credible tool a company can use to measure its impact on its workers, community, environment, and customers. </STRONG></H3>
<H3><STRONG>Widely adopted because of its global standards and free access, it is a must for any businesses wanting to begin or improve their impact measurement. </STRONG></H3>
<P><STRONG>Who is the BIA Masterclass for?</STRONG></P>
<H3><STRONG>An intensive 4-hour session to equip you with all the necessary knowledge to understand the B Impact Assessment (BIA) – the masterclass is perfect for businesses of any size and business advisors who want to increase their knowledge on advising on measuring business performance beyond profit. </STRONG></H3>

<LI><SPAN>Discover how a company can improve their impact using the BIA tools</SPAN></LI>

<P><SPAN>After this Masterclass you will be able to be an internal change agent within your own organisation, help explain and work with businesses who are interested in measuring their impact with the BIA, and assist companies with improving their impact using the BIA tools.</SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN>The BIA Masterclass will be a 5 hour session, with the first hour consisting of a light lunch and connecting with other attendees.  </SPAN></P>
