The Oman Developer Forum brings together senior industry leaders, international partners and development stakeholders to explore how collaboration between government, investors and the private sector is accelerating delivery across Oman’s expanding real estate and urban development programme.

The session examines how Oman is creating the conditions for successful partnership — combining clear planning frameworks, sovereign-backed leadership and long-term investment vision to support high-quality development across its Future Cities and major destination projects. Particular focus will be given to the practical realities of delivery, investment confidence and the growing role of international collaboration in shaping sustainable growth.

With participation from the British Property Federation, the discussion will also highlight how international trade bodies and professional membership organisations play a vital role in championing their members, opening new markets and creating trusted pathways for investment and partnership. By connecting global expertise with emerging opportunities, these organisations help translate strategic ambition into real projects and long-term commercial relationships.

Bringing together perspectives from institutional leadership, international industry representation and active master developers, the forum provides insight into how projects move from vision to implementation within Oman’s evolving development landscape.
