<P>The need to develop collaborative behaviours is a challenge facing all pracitioners looking to get full benefits from BIM. In this talk Elizabeth will outline the key elements of collaboration and outline a Profession Map which identifies the behaviours of collaboration.</P>

<P>BIM is a transformational technology that will affects your entire business – not just at the technical level, but at the operational and strategic levels as well. In order to manage that change, as well as take advantage of BIM’s business opportunities, you need a plan. This presentation will examine the components of a successful training and implementation plan. It will include case studies of small and medium sized businesses who have made a successful transition to BIM.</P>
