Danny Bluestone, CEO &amp; Founder of Cyber-DuckDanny Bluestone is the CEO &amp; Founder of Cyber-Duck, a UK based digital transformation agency (recently acquired by CACI) fusing Service Design and User Experience (UX) with high pedigree Laravel and Drupal open source Web technology developing the worlds most accessible Web Applications and Web Portals for governments and bluechips alike. The agency started in 2005 and has grown organically to include clients like Bosch, Compare The Market, The Bank of England, The European Central Bank, Mitsubishi Electric, The British Government and Cancer Research. The team includes Designers, Web Developers, DevOps Engineers and Technical SEO specialists as well as Data Analysts.With over 105 people the team is highly diverse. Danny was an entrepreneur finalist at the Lloyds Bank National Business Awards entrepreneur of the year. Danny spoke at SXSW in Austin, Texas about trust in digital and what brands and governments to build trust through their products and services. He also is a keen advocate of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data transformation and why ethics in AI is so important.

Paul Winterflood, Head of Media Corporate Finance, Moore Kingston SmithPaul Winterflood leads the firm’s Media Corporate Finance team specialising in transactions in the media and technology sectors. Paul regularly speaks and contributes on the topic of ‘Selling Your Media Business’, and the Media M&amp;A landscape.Paul has experience advising entrepreneurs, strategic acquirers and private equity investors. He is passionate about the importance of creativity and culture to getting deals done. Clients appreciate this as well as his commercial and straight-talking approach to deal-making.Some of the notable transactions that Paul has advised on include the sales of 23Red to Capgemini, People Made to the Positive Change Group, the Theatre Royal Haymarket to Access Entertainment and edtech platform HegartyMaths to Sparx.
