Zuzana Kunckova

Zuzana Kunckova is a UK-based creator, community builder, and mentor with a passion for helping people grow into work that feels meaningful and aligned with who they are. Originally from the Czech Republic and with a background in psychology, she brings together a mix of psychology, technology, and communication, which shapes everything she builds.

After beginning her career in a completely different field, Zuzana moved into the tech industry and experienced first-hand what it means to reinvent yourself mid-career. That journey inspired her commitment to making professional spaces more welcoming and inclusive to all. She is the founder of Larabelles, an international community that supports and elevates under-represented genders in the tech world, and she frequently speaks at events and conferences around the world on topics including technology, confidence, and community.
