o James Neward will be talking about the experience of YorSpace, a not for profit, community led housing developer, delivering York's first housing co-operative at Lowfield Green. James will outline the challenges in attempting to deliver an affordable, bio-based construction for the first 14 homes of the project whilst looking ahead to phase 2, which will deliver 6 apartments built with hempcrete along with a community owned, neighbourhood solar scheme
