Welcome to Biodanza in Cambridge! Join us for an uplifting and joyful experience at St Andrew's Hall.
Biodanza is a unique combination of music, movement, and self-expression that aims to deepen the connection between body, mind, and emotions.
This in-person regular event is a great opportunity to let go, unwind, and connect with others in a safe and supportive environment.
No previous experience is required, just come with an open heart and a willingness to explore. We can't wait to dance with you!

Let's dance and explore, embody, awaken Four Elements within! Come and join us for the last session in the serie of 4 before Christmas, on Sunday 21th of December. We will go through our dances into the expression of fire 🔥 that ignites passion, power, courage, intensity, deep desire and zest for life.

In our vivencia, we'll dance evocations of how the Element of AIR can inspire us freedom, expansion, lightness, tenderness, dream, creativity, sensitivity, romanticism, breathing, opening to an embrace... Whilst too much air might cause one to "fly away" or lose grounding, too little might inhibit creativity and a sense of freedom.
